1. B2B Platform
This Platform operates exclusively on a Business-to-Business (B2B) model. By registering an account, purchasing, or selling files on "Remap Space," you explicitly confirm that you are acting as a business entity, automotive professional, or professional tuner. Consumer protection laws (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive) do not apply to any transactions made on this Platform.
2. "AS-IS" Provision
ALL FILES, SOFTWARE, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON "REMAP SPACE" ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY FILE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, FULLY COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY SPECIFIC HARDWARE REVISION, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
3. File Origin and Responsibility for Content
Third-Party (User-Generated) Files: "Remap Space" acts strictly as an intermediary marketplace platform. We do not inspect, test, verify, or endorse any files uploaded, modified, or sold by other users (programmers/tuners) on the platform. All liability regarding the quality, safety, functionality, or damages caused by these third-party files rests entirely and exclusively with the user who sold the file and the buyer who flashed it. "Remap Space" shall not be held liable for the consequences of programming performed by other individuals.
"Remap Space" Database Files: Although files in our official database (including ORI and modified solutions) are professionally tested, they are provided strictly on an "AS-IS" basis. "Remap Space" accepts no liability for hardware failures or "bricking" caused by the user's technical equipment or the flashing process itself. This includes, but is not limited to, instances where the writing equipment differs from the equipment used for reading, software bugs in the user's tools, or any technical malfunction during data transmission. The responsibility for ensuring equipment compatibility and a safe writing environment rests solely with the User.
4. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL "REMAP SPACE", ITS OWNERS, ADMINISTRATORS, OR AFFILIATES BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. THIS STRICT LIMITATION OF LIABILITY INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
"BRICKED" OR DAMAGED ECU/TCU: Any hardware failure, corruption, or destruction of the Engine Control Unit (ECU) or Transmission Control Unit (TCU) during the reading, flashing, or writing process.
VEHICLE DAMAGE: Any mechanical or electrical damage to the vehicle, engine failure, turbocharger damage, or drivetrain malfunction following the installation of a file downloaded from this platform.
LOSS OF PROFIT OR REPUTATION: Any financial losses, towing costs, diagnostics fees, workshop downtime, or compensation claims from third parties (your clients).
THE USER ASSUMES 100% OF THE RISK ASSOCIATED WITH FLASHING MODIFIED OR ORIGINAL FILES INTO A VEHICLE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH A FILE IS TO USE THE 24-HOUR DISPUTE RESOLUTION SYSTEM TO REQUEST A REFUND OF PLATFORM CREDITS.
5. Emissions, DPF/EGR, and Legal Compliance
Many files available on this platform (including but not limited to DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue, OPF/GPF deletes, and Decat solutions) are strictly developed for OFF-ROAD, MOTORSPORT, OR RACING USE ONLY. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that the modified vehicle complies with local, state, and federal emission laws and road safety regulations in their respective country.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
